CFCP Mission is to promote and ensure a Safe and Healthy Family home environment
that is free from the Psychosocial detrimental effects that results from Child Abuse and
Neglect by providing Clinical Intervention in order to cultivate Parental Resources and
Inner Strength in a manner that preserves Family Stability where Children's' Self-Worth,
Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence are protected and fully Realized.

CFCP philosophy is that Parents are the managers and Caregivers of children's
Physical, Emotional, and intellectual Healthy development of their Children. That
Parental Responsibility for their offspring's includes the ability to provide guidance, set
limits, share wisdom and impart Family Values. That parents need to understand that
they are fully Responsible to provide the Children with the vital seeds of needs for the
Healthy Emotional growth of their Children:
Attention, Affection, Recognition, Validation and Protection.
PROGRAM PHILOSOPHY
That when this critical healthy Family Dynamics are not Realized, it will create Family
Instability and a Dysfunctional Family is the result. Family Violence, Alcoholism and/or
Drug Abuse adversely affect the Well-being and Livelihood of Children who are
routinely exposed or are subjected to this maladjusted and destructive form of
environment. That in a Dysfunctional Family dynamics, there exist a direct correlation
between Alcohol and/or Drug Abuse, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse and Neglect, and
Child abandonment. That children in a Family Violent household suffer immediate and
serious lasting Psychological harm. That Teenagers mal-adjusted Social Behaviors are
a direct result of individual Parental Emotional issues, poor Parenting Skills, Child
Abuse and Neglect. mis-directed Children Discipline, poor Parental Role Model, and
Child Abandonment.
